This is such a good product that's well formulated. It contains 0.05% retinal and can be used every day. Retinal is much more effective than retinol, and approximately 10 times stronger. It only needs one conversion to become retinoic acid. Retinol needs two conversions. Because it is encapsulated it won't irritate the skin and can be used everyday. Even for people with sensitive skin.

It can not only be used around your eyes. I use it on my entire face, neck, chest and back of my hands. I've been using Geek & Gorgeous A-Game 10 (0.01%) and have had pretty dramatic results. All my sun damage is gone after 5 months of use. I also use peptides with retinal and sometimes PHA (5%) if I need the extra exfoliation.

I've got BoJ for use on days I've had treatments and the skin is more sensitive. The cream is pretty rich and I don't need an extra moisturizer. All in all this is a great buy for a very low price compared to many other retinal products like Medik8 and Trinny.
