I got this in 09 Taro and it is much darker than what the images show. On application it's more like a cross between mauve and hot pink but fades out to a very nice natural cool muted color perfect for summer mutes. Formulation is nice, not sticky. Longevity is about 3 hours if you don't eat or drink.  It would be a better deal at half the price although I do prefer this formulation over anything from Romand.
