This is my second time ordering from Jolse. A friend from NorthAmerica recommended Jolse, she even sent me samples Jolse gave her (great way to try in order to know what you want).  The first time I order for the value of U$66  (plus 15 shipping) and although everything arrived well I only got mask as a sample. I was a bit dissappointed because I wanted to try more things to see what was going to be my next order. I kindly asked and they told me that if they run out of samples it is like that. I thought it was December so it was possible due to the numbers of order they must have. I ordered again (U$45 plus U$15 of shipping) and yesterday received my order and there was not even one sample! I asked my friend overseas, and she told me it has never happened to her in all the years she order from Jolse. So I think they probably do not send samples to Latin America or to Peru in special. It will be more honest if they say they will not do it to those countries. It is a bummer because I really want to stick with Jolse but I found other store that other friend recommended who send things here (around same price) but send some samples. Prefer and honest answer, Jolse have the right to decide where to give their samples or gifts but should be honest about it. So, beware if you are ordering from Peru.

The product perse is great. It is an awesome way to start with Retinol if you are a beginner. Very mild.  Product is 5 stars!
