I LOVE THESE PATCHES. They are on another level compared to other patches I've tried; I would say they're on par with the Nexcare ones.

They are more expensive than other patches but trust me when I say you're getting what you're paying for with COSRX. The packaging alone is very high quality; there are two protective covers that keep the patches clean and sanitary. The patches feel a lot thicker than the Care Zone and Etude House ones, but once on the skin you hardly notice they're even there. I've tried putting makeup on top but it doesn't look that great and it looks more obvious that something is there as opposed to just going out without trying to hide it. Oh and I've never had one come off during sleep, they stick on the skin pretty well.

I've tried these on whiteheads and cystic pimples, getting a 95% success rate. With whiteheads I find the patch to really suck up all the gunk but not irritate the skin. The skin is pink but not horribly so like when you extract a pimple by squeezing it out; as someone who suffers from PIE the patches make the aftercare much more manageable and easier. With cystic acne it's more tricky as there's nothing yet to pull out because there is no head. I will put a patch on the area and the next day I find it to feel a lot less painful and less big.

You will be paying more for these acne patches but the quality is definitely there. I only wish there were more of the smaller size but you can always cut the bigger size in half.
