Pros:
- I love the compact case, although probably won't appeal to younger generations, I was attracted to it because of the gold elegant case.
- The mesh is rose print, so a more fun application when you stamp it on your face.
- Their shades are more dark and natural. Their #23 is is perfect for those who wear other brands #23 and see that it's a little too pale.
- lasts more than any other cushion or tension pact
- a lot better and lighter than Missha's other Tension Pacts
- has oriental herbal ingredients
- best coverage for redness of blemishes, which Missha has always hit the nail on coverage (seriously hid the red on my nose, acne on forehead, and lighten some dark circles under my eye) (doesn't cover freckles (like a quail egg) but I love my freckles that I don't care)
- didn't emphasize dry patches
Cons:
- slight smell of the product that lingers after application (the smell has the same type or less of lingering like the Laniege whitening bb cushion)
- it takes a while for it to dry and set for me (about 8 minutes? could be just me), so I had to slap on a lot of Innisfree no sebum powder when I'm in a rush
- feels a little thick? or balmy? compared to the Missha Perfect BB Cover
- small creasing around smile lines, but only around the 6-8 hour mark (I wore powder, but no primer, and over my moisturizer and sunscreen)
- broke me out? I probably have to test this a few more times, but in the three times I've worn this I have broken out in my forehead. Though it could be because of hormones which break me out a certain week of the month.
I love this cushion, but I would give 4 stars since it's not amazing like the Missha Perfect Cover BB cream, but it's a close second in my makeup routine.
All in all, I enjoyed this Tension Pact. I prefer Missha's BB cream since I feel it's lighter. However this Tension Pact wears beautifully and the shade matches my skin better than the Perfect Cover BB cream and doesn't oxidize. Honestly I find that having the Missha BB cream and putting it in your own cushion case is a lot cheaper, but if you are attracted to the tension pact case and the rose netting, I would definitely recommend you to try.
