This is definitely a concealer for blemishes and spots and not for under eyes. It’s got a thicker, drier formula and I find this to have better coverage than their equivalent cover perfection tip concealer that comes with the doe foot wand. Also, I find it sticks onto the blemish/spot better. With liquid concealers I find it blends out to nothing but this, being thicker, adheres better.

I will say #2 rich beige is a bit dark for me. It’s yellow undertone and I’d say would suit people aout an NC20-25 or maybe somewhere between the saem’s tip concealer’s 1.5-2 shade
