I use it every second day, because it's only good for 2 month. I read the discription and it said that I should leave it 20-30 minutes or 40 as well. Honestly after 15 minutes I have to take off because I feel that it's tighten on my skin. Maybe the reason is that there is not so many liquid on it. It is always some tingling sensation until I leave it on my skin. It's good for the puffiness but it's just permamently not for long lasting. For me it's not a reorder product, I can live it without this.
