This is one of my favorite spot treatments. It often brings my pimples to a head faster, which speeds up the healing process since I used to have to wait pimples out for many weeks--now it's more like a few days. It's a thin clear liquid with a medicinal smell, but I don't find it to be an off-putting kind of scent. It does happen to have quite a bit of alcohol in it, which makes it dry pretty quickly, although I know there are people who try to avoid products with alcohol (this isn't a huge problem for me, but if you don't tolerate alcohol well, this might be a product to avoid).

Tip: If you want to know how much is left in the bottle (it's usually pretty difficult because it's in an opaque white pump bottle, unlike the clear one shown in the listing), sit the bottle on top of a light source (like your phone's flashlight feature) in a dark room.
