Innisfree No Sebum Powder is very finely milled and looks white in the pan, but applied on the skin it is mostly translucent. The slight white cast that goes away with setting spray; see swatch photo.

This product seems to "blur" skin flaws a bit when buffed, which I haven't experienced with other powders! It takes away any shine or oiliness on your skin and sets foundation well. The quality is amazing for the price!

The only reason I'm not rating this five stars is the scent: the powder is fragranced with a floral scent. The scent is noticeable but not overpowering. Many might even like the scent, but those with sensitive skin like mine may notice skin irritation with prolonged use.
