Rate Date 2018-07-22 17:11:25 Recommend 11 Recommend Views 220 Decided to get this toner during a sale but I do enjoy this. The consistency is like a very watery gel. I use it to wipe my face after cleansing and I also pat it into my skin. Feels very light and quickly absorbs into my skin. The main reason I like it is beacause it doesnt irritate or break me out as I have sensitive skin. It smoothes out dry flaky patches too.
