It's softer that other korean puffs and gets way bigger once it is wet. Wet: blends makeup pretty well, doesn't suck too much product but suck too much water instead. Dry: doesn't blend makeup that well, leaves some marks on the skin and absorbs a lot of product. Another downside is that it's hard to clean. I have to wash it multiple times to get the makeup off but it still has some left which makes it not hygienic.
