Please contact our CS for the following issues within 7 days from the date of receipt
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
Change of mind or items that show any signs of usage or opened can not be returned.
Items that have been purchased incorrectly by the buyer can not be returned.
* Damage / Missing / Wrong item
The following are required with your order number
- Photos of all received items
- Photos / Videos of the damaged item ( A detailed photo / video of the damaged area )
- Original shipping label
Any item that shows any signs of usage or opened can not be returned.
Once our CS team confirms the request, we will share our Korea return address.
The refund will be issued once we receive the item back.
* Return Package issue
Unclaimed return / Recipient refused / Absence of addressee / Wrong or insufficient address / any of could not deliver reason return policy :
- Shipping cost (original shipping cost + return shipping cost) of returned parcels will not be refunded.
It applies to all shipping method orders , including free shipping methods.
- Please note that original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than your original payment amount ,
In that case there would be no refund for the returned package.
- Please double check your zip code and detailed address during the checkout.
- Notice from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient,
so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get a refund for the returned parcel.
- For claims on returned parcels can be checked within 6 months from the purchase date only.
*The refund process will NOT be proceeded until informed of any official results from the shipping company.
*The original shipping cost is higher than the shipping cost announced by shipping policy.
