This eyeliner is smudgeproof! And by smudgeproof, I mean water and rubbing does not wear away the color. Now, of course oily proof is different, our oily lids can lead to smudging since it is different from just dry rubbing or water. I have hooded lids so this did smudge because of my oil SO I use this as a tightliner and it works wonderfully. For those with oily lids or hooded, I say look into liquid liners, better yet, the Clio kill black eyeliner. For those who aren't oily or looking to tight line with a gel eyeliner, this is your baby!
