Rate Date 2016-08-30 06:40:00 Recommend 113 Recommend Views 1440 At first I was not happy with this product. I didnt see or was able to read any directions on the box so I looked it up online. Some people said that it was suppose to be used as a cream eye shadow. When I tried to use it as a cream eye shadow it was not pigmented and was too thin of a consistency. Eventually I tried using it overtop my eye shadow and started to love it. Just be sure to clean the tip applicator after each use.
